How to get a discount at Ecouture
When you place a pre-order with Ecouture, you ensure that you get your hands on your exact size and preferred color/design. At the same time, you help us get an idea of how much we need to produce to avoid overproduction, which we reward with a good discount. It's our very own version of an offer - because we never really have a sale.
If the design doesn't fit as you hoped when you receive it, you can return it and get your money backand you can also cancel the order along the way. In other words: You run no risk when you pre-order.
Your pre-order is also a vote on the design
We want to avoid producing clothes that don't have enough buyers, as it's bad for our business and the environment. That's why your pre-order also acts as a vote on the design. In the few cases where a design doesn't get enough votes, it will not be put into production. If you have placed a pre-order for a design that does not go into production, we will cancel your order or give you the option to place a pre-order for another design.
