Instead of launching entire collections all at once, we design new styles throughout the year. You can pre-order some of them at a special pre-sale price. When you place a pre-order, you secure your exact size and preferred color. At the same time, you help us estimate how much to produce, so we can avoid overproduction. As a thank you for your help, you’ll receive a nice discount. It’s our own version of a sale—just turned on its head and far more sustainable. See what we have on presale now.
Right of withdrawal
As always, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your pre-order. You can also cancel your purchase at any time and get a refund. In other words: There’s no risk in pre-ordering. Read our terms and conditions.
Delivery time
It usually takes 3–4 months to produce a pre-order. Unfortunately, we can’t give you an exact delivery date, as there are many steps in the process, and we don’t receive specific dates from either our fabric suppliers or sewing workshops. We know this can be inconvenient, but that’s also why you get a discount. So sit back and look forward to it...
We will ship your pre-order as soon as it is in stock. Payment will be charged when you complete your order, and you naturally have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the item. We will keep you updated via email if any relevant information regarding your pre-order arises during the production process.
Your pre-order is also a vote on the design
We want to avoid producing clothes that don't have enough buyers, as this is bad for both our business and the environment. That's why your pre-order also acts as a vote on the design. In the few cases where a design does not get enough "votes", it is not put into production. If you have placed a pre-order for a design that does not go into production, we will cancel your order or give you the option to place a pre-order for another design. However, a design not going into production is something that only happens very rarely!
