COOLING PILLOW:
Place the pillow in the freezer for 10–15 minutes, then place it over your eyes and face. The cooling pillow can soothe and relieve tension in the face and temples, and help reduce puffiness around the eyes.

MINI HEAT PACK Place the pack in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and you’ll have a mini heat pack that can be placed anywhere on your body where you need a little warmth. The mini heat pack can also be placed at the foot of the bed, in a cold stroller, etc.
