What is personal information?
Personal data is information about you as an individual. Common personal information that Ecouture stores is, for example, your name, address, email, phone number, etc. We only store this information about you if you have placed an order on our webshop (ecouture.dk) or given consent for us to send you service emails and newsletters.
Ecouture's storage of your personal information
We keep personal information secure and confidential. Only a few - and only relevant - employees have access to your information, for example if you have signed up for our newsletter or made a purchase online. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletters and service mails and have your data deleted in our mail system Mailchimp.
You can ask us at any time to see what information we have on you and/or have it deleted from our systems. However, according to legislation in this area, we cannot delete your information from our accounts, as these must be stored for 5 years. You should expect that it can take us up to 7 working days to produce a document with your personal information from us - depending on how busy we are.
We disclose parts of your personal and commercial data to third parties that are relevant to Ecouture for the purpose of our online marketing and services. These are Mailchimp, Webshipr, Google and Facebook. We use Mailchimp to send newsletters and service emails. Webshipr is used to ship orders placed on the webshop. Google Analytics and Facebook pixels are used to measure traffic and your actions on the webshop.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
