On Saturday, June 8, we celebrated our 10th anniversary in the lovely backyard of our dress salon. Johanne, who suffers from incurable wardrobe malady, arrived early to decorate the entire courtyard with various mamelukes, petticoats and corsets from her costume loft - and of course a lot of the dresses Ecouture has designed during the 10 years we have been in business. This led to great admiration from the guests in attendance, with several of them expressing the wish that we should revisit some of our previous designs. We actually think that idea is pretty good. Therefore, over the next 3-4 weeks, we'll be running a series of polls on Facebook where you can vote on which of our previous designs we should sew up again. The dress that gets the most votes will be put on pre-sale. You can see the six dresses you can vote for further down in the blog post.
Ecouture retro: 6 beautiful and very different dresses
We have carefully selected the dresses you can vote for. These are some of the dresses we are most often asked to sew up again. The attentive follower might wonder why the Norah dress is not among them. But don't worry, we already have plans to make it again, so you get to vote on it. The six dresses you can vote for are: Carmen dress, Vickie dress, Mette dress, Emilie dress, Barcelona dress and Maren dress. See the pictures of the dresses in order below and follow us on Facebook to take part in the poll and vote for your favorite dress.
NOTE: You are of course welcome to leave a comment here, but ONLY the votes on our FaceBook polls are counted. So keep an eye on FB for the next 2 weeks... If you want to help us choose.
